Overview

Following success in the Irish government's Offshore Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (ORESS), the ESB and Ørsted Joint Venture secured the provisional rights to develop the 900MW Tonn Nua Offshore Wind Farm, off the coast of Co Waterford


Project Information

The expected capacity output of the project will be approximately 900MW which is enough energy to power up to one million homes.
